The research
I’m interested in concrete experiences: a recent task or project, how it happened, and what the outcome was.
What works well is just as valuable as what proved difficult—including situations where AI wasn’t useful, couldn’t be used, or was considered and ruled out.
These conversations will help me decide what to build.

I’m Javier Sánchez, the person behind NeutralDock.
For the past three years, I’ve worked with artificial intelligence in a large company, seeing firsthand what it takes to put AI into everyday use.
I started NeutralDock to explore how to make that process easier for other organisations. I’m now learning from others’ experiences before deciding what to build.
